The letter from the University of Iowa Community Credit Union is dated July 23, 2010.
In a nutshell: The credit union is planning on building a new “Member Support Center by 2013″ in North Liberty.
The credit union’s website here will have a section starting in October giving updates on the project, according to the letter.
