How to Make Money in Pokemon Revolution Online

In 2019, an affiliate marketing masterclass taught me how to make money in Pokemon Revolution Online (known as PokemonGO in the U.S.). In this article, I will walk you through the steps to make money with my favorite game. Whether you’re a gamer yourself or just know one, you’ll easily be able to follow the steps and enjoy the rewards of a successful affiliate marketing campaign.

The Basics Of Making Money With Google Adsense

If you’ve ever heard of Google Adsense, you’ll know that it’s one of the most popular ways to make money from online content. Essentially, Google Adsense allows you to make money off other people’s content by displaying ads on your site. So, in the case of PokemonGO, you’ll be able to make money off of articles and videos created by other people. You just have to follow the simple steps below to get started.

Create a Blog

The first thing you’ll need to do to make money with Google Adsense is to create a blog. There are a number of freely available blogging platforms out there, so you don’t need to worry about setting up a blog from scratch. Simply visit a site like WordPress.com or Blogger.com and create an account with your email address.

Once you have a blog set up, it’s time to start publishing content. You don’t need to publish anything particularly remarkable. Just consistently produce content that others will want to read. The more you put out, the more you’ll earn. So, don’t worry about trying to impress people with your content. They won’t be impacted by it.

Curate Trending Content

The next step is to find content that people are searching for. If you’ve ever watched YouTube, you’ll know that it’s extremely populated by content creators who are looking for views and subscribers. Essentially, if you can identify a topic that people are searching for online, you can create relevant content around that topic and earn a healthy income from it. So, in the case of PokemonGO, you can research trending topics, create content around those topics, and make money off of it.

Use Keywords In Your Content

When someone is searching for content on your blog or website, they’re using keywords. These keywords are small pieces of text, usually three to four words, that people use to find content on the internet. If you want to rank high on search engines, you’ll need to incorporate these keywords into your content. If someone is searching for “best electric guitar,” for example, your content will need to include the word “electric” and have the word “guitar” somewhere in the text. You can use free tools like Long Tail Pro to find the right keywords for your content.

Create Content That Is Relevant

Once you have your keywords, it’s time to create content that is relevant to those words. Start by brainstorming different topics that you think will be popular. If you run a clothing blog, for example, you may want to create an eBook about fashion trends or create videos about fashion styles. If you’re looking for inspiration, take a look at some of the most popular blogs on the internet in terms of earnings. You can also look at the top 100 websites based on Google Search traffic and see what types of content creators dominate the industry. From there, you can find your niche and create content that will be popular among your target audience. In the case of PokemonGO, most people are searching for ways to make money, so you can find inspiration in that. Create content that teaches people how to make the most out of the game. For example, you can create a how-to guide on using cryptocurrency or how to successfully invest in the market.

Build Your Audience On Social Media

Now that you have content that is relevant and interesting to your target audience, it’s time to begin promoting this content on social media platforms like Twitter and Instagram. There are a number of small businesses, especially in the fashion and beauty industries, that solely depend on the success of their Facebook accounts to generate sales. If you can help them get the most out of their Facebook Page, you’ll be able to help them generate more sales and, eventually, make money off of it. In the case of PokemonGO, since the audience is dominated by Gen X and Gen Y, Facebook and Instagram are the primary places you’ll want to focus your attention. However, you can also promote your content on TikTok, where millennials spend a lot of their time. If you can build a following on any of these platforms, you’ll be able to make a healthy amount of money off of it. (I’ll discuss how to build a following on TikTok in a future blog post.)

Use Email Marketing To Grow Your Audience

Building an audience is great, but you also need to grow that audience by engaging with them on a personal level. One of the best ways to do this is with email marketing. With email marketing, you can send out frequent emails to your audience, usually once or twice a week. These emails can contain anything from discounts and prizes to blog posts and new product announcements.

In the case of PokemonGO, you can take this even further by using the email list you’ve built to start a blog or website and gain even more independence. With affiliate marketing, you can promote other businesses, products, and websites, and earn a commission when someone makes a purchase. Now, you may be wondering what is the difference between affiliate marketing and product review blogging. Both can be considered affiliate marketing, but with product review blogging, you’ll be reviewing products, mostly reviews of sneakers, clothing, and accessories. You won’t be reviewing games or music products. That’s because they’re already too niche.

Build A List Of Companies To Contact For Reviews

Now, you may be wondering how you can get the most out of your blog or website. The answer is to develop a list of companies that you think would be interested in having your blog or website review their products. Start by looking at your competitors and their sites. See which ones are getting the most views and traffic and find their social media handles (i.e., Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook).

Once you have these social media handles, it’s time to start following the hashtag #sponsored on all of these platforms. Essentially, when a company or brand buys a product or service for $0-100K, they’ll often hashtag it with the name of the brand or company they’re working with. (For example, #GoPro sponsored the #HappyBirthdayChallenge, and you’ll often see people celebrating birthdays by challenging themselves to take a better picture than the person who originally posted the challenge.)

When you see a hashtag with the name of a brand or company you’ve worked with before, followed by a dollar amount (i.e., $20 jeans), it’s a sign that they’re willing to engage with you in conversation about possibly reviewing their products. While it may be tempting to click on every tweet that mentions your blog’s or website’s name, you can use a tool like Unroll.com to easily scan all of this content and identify the most relevant and valuable content. This will help you become more efficient and save you time in the long run.

Guest Posting Is A Great Way To Get Reviews

Another great way to get reviews is to guest post on other websites. Essentially, when you guest post on another site, that site’s audience will be able to find and engage with your content. If you want to make money off of your guest posting, you can use affiliate marketing to gain a commission when someone clicks a product or service link within your blog post. (For example, if a visitor clicks on a product link within your post and makes a purchase, you’ll earn a commission.)

When choosing who to guest post for, make sure that the blog or website you’re posting to is relevant to your target audience. If your target audience is predominantly Gen X and Gen Y, for example, you’ll want to choose a blog or website that caters to that audience. Once you’ve found a blog or website that seems to fit perfectly, reach out to the blog owner or website manager and ask them if they’d be interested in having you write a guest post for their site.

Review Products And Earn Money With Affiliate Marketing

To follow up on the guest posting example, let’s say you’re invited to write a guest post for a site called TheBlogPost.com. Within your guest post, you mention how great a product X is and how much you like it. Then, you click an affiliate link and make a purchase. The site owner will then pay you a commission for that click.
