1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Business380 website (business380.com) and our AI automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Business380 provides AI automation consulting, workflow design, implementation, and management services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to automation audits, workflow development, AI agent deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Grant necessary access to tools, platforms, and accounts required for automation implementation
- Review and approve workflows before they are deployed to production
- Ensure that automation use complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of connected third-party platforms
- Maintain the security of account credentials shared during the engagement
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are outlined in individual project proposals and are due as specified in the invoice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments exceeding 30 days.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom workflows, automations, and documentation created during the engagement. Business380 retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary knowledge gained during the engagement for other clients.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business processes, customer data, workflow architectures, and any other sensitive information. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Business380 provides services on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for reliability and accuracy in all automations, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Third-Party Services
Our automations integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Google Workspace). Business380 is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy modifications by these third-party providers. We will make reasonable efforts to update workflows when third-party changes affect functionality.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all completed deliverables and documentation will be transferred to the client. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
